Meenjet Notice Letter
Dear Customer:
In order to protect the the intellectual property rights of MEENJET and HP logo trademark, our company hereby officially notify all the customers of Wuhan Xiantong Technology Co., Ltd to make assistance in rectifying the abuse of HP’s trademark. All rectifications should be completed within 24 hours. HP will file a lawsuit against if the infringing company does not rectify within this time limitation. MEENJET will be no longer responsible for any mediation and stop all business relationship with the infringing company.
Customers of MEENJET do not have a direct business relationship with HP, so they are not authorized to use HP logo on any website, media promotion and third-party e-commerce platform. All HP trademark use of theirs is infringing.
Our company hereby expressly declares that the statements contained in this notice are true and valid. Please remove the alleged infringing content within a limited time after receiving this notice. If Hewlett-Packard Company files a lawsuit and claim to the infringing company, MEENJET will be no longer responsible for any mediation and stop all business relationship with the infringing company.
