Meenjet MX1890 Continuous Inkjet Printer
The Meenjet MX1890 is a high-performance small-character continuous inkjet printer (CIJ) built for high-speed production lines. It delivers print speeds of up to 480 m/min, up to 4 lines of content, and clear, durable coding on flat and curved surfaces. With a 10.1-inch touchscreen, IP55 protection, low maintenance and 30-day standby with one-click restart, it is designed for high-speed date marking, batch-number and traceability coding while reducing downtime and solvent consumption. Typical industries include food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, household & personal care, cable & pipe, and electronics.
Touch Screen
The MX1890 features a 10.1-inch color capacitive touch screen with sensitive response, easy menus and a user-friendly editor. Multi-level user management reduces operator errors.
Printing
Supports up to 4 lines of content with a maximum speed of 480 m/min. Multiple print modes and customized functions meet diverse production needs.
Consumable
Plug-and-play cartridge design with remaining ink level display and alarm. Chip protection system ensures reliable operation. Solvent consumption is typically only 10ml per hour. A 750ml ink tank prints approximately 8 million characters, about 1 million production dates.
Maintenance
Self-cleaning and self-detection reduce maintenance. After 30 days of standby, the machine can be started with one click without flushing. Integrated spare parts for easy replacement.
